Mom of the Year Press Release 2014

(In order to ensure recognition in the event program, reservations must be received by April 25.)

Rose Sponsor: $850 includes: VIP Table of 10; Stage Mention; Logo placement – Pre-event Montage and Event Program; Naming of a “Blue Ribbon Champion” (Choose a deserving mom who has been a champion for families and children. A certificate for them will be placed at your table and she will be listed in the event program. 1 champion per table.)

Tulip Sponsor: $650 includes: Table of 10; Listing in Event Program.

Individual Tickets: $75 each.

Raffle Tickets: $10 each or 3 for $20

Three winners, each receiving two roundtrip tickets on Southwest Airlines. 
The drawing will take place on May 9, 2014 at the Mom of the Year event. You do not need to be present to win.
