Leadership Development

Through Valle del Sol’s leadership development programs, participants are given the opportunity to engage Arizona’s foremost business, education, and government policy experts in a dialogue about leadership and their role in creating a thriving community.

The curriculum is designed to incorporate the participant’s voice and to engage their views with specific outcomes emphasizing professional and personal growth with a practical business and community orientation.

Hispanic Leadership Institute - West

The Hispanic Leadership Institute-West (HLI-West) promotes the development of individuals for increased participation in leadership roles and serves as a principal education and networking resource for expertise and advocacy on leadership issues affecting the Latino community. Hispanic Leadership Institute - East Valley

The Hispanic Leadership Institute-East Valley (HLI-East Valley) is a 10-week leadership institute. The goal is to educate and assist individuals in developing their leadership skills to take an active role in the community by serving on a nonprofit/government board or commission. HLI-East Valley will train individuals, foster civic engagement, and assist participants to realize their fullest potential as community leaders. The Hispanic Leadership Institute-Pinal (HLI-Pinal) promotes the development of individuals for increased participation in leadership roles and serves as a principal education and networking resource for expertise and advocacy on leadership issues affecting the Latino community.
