VOLUNTARY ACQUISITION AND RELOCATION SERVICES

Voluntary Acquisition and Relocation Services (VARS) is a component of Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport's Community Noise Reduction Program (CNRP). VARS provides a voluntary "buy-out" to eligible homeowners wishing to sell their residence to the city of Phoenix. Residents may relocate to a comparable dwelling of their choice in any community outside of the program area and away from other noise-impacted areas. The service area includes 7th Street to the west; 44th Street to the east; Washington Street on the north; and University Drive on the South.

Under the umbrella of the program manager W.D. Schock Company, Valle del Sol provides customer service and support for area residents who want to be part of this program and assists them in the relocation process to their new home. An experienced bilingual team of professionals provides information, referrals for counseling and social services, and individual support in order to assist in making informed decisions.

All services are available in English and Spanish.
