Individuals wishing to be vaccinated must pre-register online. Vaccines are available by appointment only unless attending a mobile event .

Note: As of April 5, 2022, patients without health insurance who would like to be tested for Covid-19 have the option to receive a free at-home testing kit or pay out of pocket for their test. Individuals without insurance who would like a Covid-19 vaccine (Pfizer is available at Valle del Sol) may apply for our Sliding Fee Scale to pay as little as $0 for their visit, depending on their annual income. *We are using the Pfizer Vaccine and can vaccinate anyone over the age of 5.
