Introducing HLI Arizona

The need for leadership development doesn’t end during a pandemic – and Valle del Sol is proud to announce the creation of HLI Arizona.  HLI Arizona is an all virtual program, meeting via Zoom, ensuring the safety of all presenters and participants. HLI Arizona continues the HLI mission of promoting the individual development of Hispanics for increased participation in leadership roles and serves as a principal education and networking resource for expertise and advocacy on leadership issues affecting Latino communities.

HLI Arizona participants are given the opportunity to engage Arizona’s foremost business, education and government policy experts in a dialogue about leadership and their role in creating a thriving economy. The curriculum is designed to incorporate the participant’s voice and to engage their views with specific outcomes emphasizing professional and personal growth with a practical business and community orientation. Conversations will cover both the statewide view of the issue, and then break into localized regional conversations, focusing on the impact of the issue in your direct community.
