An award-winning marketing and communications professional, Lorenzo has spent the last 20 years finding opportunities to serve both professionally and personally to improve Hispanic representation in community leadership roles. A current City of Avondale Councilperson, Lorenzo also serves on the Boards of Directors at Arizona Hispanic Chamber of Commerce (where he is Vice-Chair), Hispanic Leadership Forum del Oeste, Xico and many more. As Vice-Chair of the Arizona Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, Lorenzo is part of the leadership team that helped to develop the chamber’s own Political Action Committee to support candidates who recognize the value of the Hispanic community. Today, that initiative is poised to become a force of change for Arizona politics, training candidates, promoting Hispanic initiatives and acting as a statewide think tank.
