About

Louis Sánchez
Since his arrival in Casa Grande in 2003 for the opening of the Walmart Distribution Center, Louis Sánchez has become a pillar of that community, providing not only leadership to numerous community efforts such as United Way and Rotary, but also rolling up his sleeves to get work done. One of Louis’ passions is youth education. He initiated the “Mi Futuro” mentorship program at Casa Grande Middle School and serves enthusiastically on the scholarship committee of the local Rotary Club. Peers and mentees alike describe Louis as sincere, considerate and an active listener. Named the 2014 Casa Grande Chamber of Commerce’s Business Leader of the Year and the 2010-2011 Rotarian of the Year, Louis can also be found ringing the holiday bell for the Salvation Army and contributing to the Celebrating Women of Today and Tomorrow Conference. He also serves the Valley Humane Society and is a long-standing faculty member of Valle del Sol’ Hispanic Leadership Institute – Pinal County.
