As a patient-focused community health center, the safety and wellbeing of our patients, staff and community members is of the utmost importance to us. In direct response to the Covid-19 outbreak, we are committed to ensuring that access to care at our facilities is impacted as little as possible.


We will keep our doors open to patients, offering virtual visits as much as possible. This includes telephone and video sessions. We have instituted protocols to evaluate patients for potential exposure and a referral plan for those that may need further evaluation.


Facility hours remain intact for all locations. Call your specific location to schedule a telemedicine appointment.

FAQ’s About Our Response Covid-19

  • Where/How do I get screened or tested?

    If you having trouble breathing, have a fever greater than 101 and have been in contact with someone who has been confirmed positive for Covid-19 then please get tested.

  • Can I get services without coming in?

    Absolutely! We are providing telephone and video health services. Numbers for each clinic are listed above. Or, learn more about our Mobile Health Unit!

  • Are the facilities clean and safe to visit?

    Yes! We are following CDC recommended cleaning protocols at all sites, however we are offering telehealth visits as a first point of care.

  • Can I bring someone with me to my in-person appointment?

    Unfortunately, not at this time unless this person is your primary caregiver. For youth, a guardian is required for services. We are doing all we can to honor best practices around social distancing.
