What to Expect from Valle Del Sol Community Health
When you come to Valle Del Sol Community Health, you'll meet with an English and Spanish-speaking provider who takes time to understand your family's story. We ask questions about what's happening at home, at school, and in your child's relationships. We want to know what you've already tried and what feels most overwhelming right now. Your provider explains what they're seeing and works with you to create a plan that fits your family's needs and schedule.
Our team coordinates across services, so if your child needs both medical care and behavioral health support, you get both without having to repeat your story to multiple providers. We follow up between appointments, check in on how strategies are working at home, and adjust our approach based on what your family tells us. You're not alone in this process.
