As Chief Community Engagement Officer, Rachel focuses on elevating patient experience initiatives across programs and sites to strengthen trust with the patients and communities we serve. Her focus includes oversight of outreach that supports Valle del Sol's mission and contributes to the organization's sustainable growth while expanding access to care for people from every walk of life. Her goal is to ensure every person who walks through our doors feels seen, supported, and confident in the care they receive, today and for years to come. Rachel received her undergraduate and master's degrees in Healthcare Administration and Business Management from Grand Canyon University in Arizona. She serves on the board for Hope Lives - Vive la Esperanza, is a member of the Presidents Leadership Council for the West Valley Regional Chamber, is a recent graduate of the 2026 Hispanic Leadership Institute Central Phoenix class and a 2026 40 Under 40 Award Recipient.
In her downtime, her favorite thing to do is to spend time with her husband, their children and make new memories together.
