As Chief Community Engagement Officer, Rachel focuses on elevating patient experience initiatives across programs and sites to strengthen trust with the patients and communities we serve. Her focus includes oversight of outreach that supports Valle del Sol’s mission and contributes to the organization’s sustainable growth while expanding access to care for people from every walk of life. Her goal is to ensure every person who walks through our doors feels seen, supported, and confident in the care they receive, today and for years to come.
Rachel received her undergraduate and master's degree in healthcare administration and business management from Grand Canyon University in Arizona.
