Valle Del Sol Community Health offers assistance through The Arizona WIC program, helping pregnant women, new moms, infants, and young children get the nutrition they need at no cost. Our program provides healthy food, personalized nutrition counseling, breastfeeding support, and connections to other healthcare services under one roof.

WIC works alongside our primary care services to support your whole family's health. When you come to Valle Del Sol Community Health for WIC, you're walking into a community health center where our English and Spanish speaking staff understands your culture, speaks your language, and treats you with respect. We make getting help as simple as possible because good nutrition is healthcare, and everyone deserves access to both.

What Does WIC Services Include?

The WIC program gives you the tools and support to keep your family healthy:

• Healthy foods including fruits, vegetables, whole grains, milk, eggs, and more
• Personalized nutrition counseling for pregnancy, breastfeeding, and raising young children
• Breastfeeding information, support, and resources from trained specialists
• Growth and development tracking for infants and children

WIC is free for families who qualify based on income. Our staff helps you through the application process and explains what documents you need. You don't need insurance to participate, and enrolling in WIC doesn't affect your immigration status or access to other Valle Del Sol Community Health services.
