Kimberly Rodriguez, MSN,APRN,FNP-C

Bio

Kimberly Rodriguez is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a rich foundation in primary care, behavioral health, acute and critical care, and military medicine. She earned both her Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain University. Kimberly provides compassionate, evidence-based care across the lifespan, specializing in the management of chronic conditions, acute illnesses, preventative health, and patient education.

In addition to her civilian clinical practice, Kimberly has two decades of military service as a U.S. Navy Hospital Corpsman and currently serves as a Senior Enlisted Leader in the United States Navy Reserves, overseeing the operational readiness, administrative development, and medical integration of over 80 Sailors. Her military and clinical career spans across critical leadership roles, including managing care for vulnerable populations in inpatient and outpatient psychiatric settings, de-escalation, and complex care coordination. Kimberly is committed to empowering her patients through dedicated education, clinical excellence, and holistic, patient-centered care.

Outside of her clinical and military responsibilities, she enjoys traveling, exploring unfamiliar places, and making memories with her husband and family. Grounded in family, adventure, and service to others, she brings compassion, optimism, and genuine connection to her role as a Family Nurse Practitioner, empowering patients to feel heard, supported, and confident in their journey toward lifelong wellness.
