Phoenix, AZ — Arizona Leadership Network (ALN) and the Hispanic Leadership Institute (HLI), a program of Valle del Sol, are proud to announce a new partnership designed to expand leadership development opportunities and create a stronger continuum of connection for leaders across Arizona.
This collaboration brings together two organizations that share a commitment to cultivating values-driven leaders and strengthening communities throughout the state. HLI develops Latino leaders through education, networking, and advocacy, while ALN provides an ongoing home for graduates of leadership institutes and leadership award recipients who want to continue growing, connecting, and contributing beyond a formal program experience.
Through the partnership, HLI alumni will have access to preferred HLI pricing on membership in Arizona Leadership Network, creating a direct bridge from institute participation into a statewide network of leaders committed to authentic relationships, continuous growth, and meaningful community impact.

Arizona Leadership Network officially launched in June 2025 as a statewide community for values-driven leaders ready to grow, connect, and make an impact. The organization was built to support people who have participated in leadership institutes or received leadership recognition and want to continue cultivating community, building authentic relationships, and sharpening their leadership skills.
HLI promotes Hispanic leadership through education, networking, and advocacy to increase Latino participation in leadership roles and community impact. Valle del Sol’s Hispanic Leadership Institute also highlights that more than 40 HLI graduates serve as elected officials, reflecting the program’s long-term civic leadership influence in Arizona.
Together, ALN and HLI aim to support leaders during a cohort-based experience, and throughout the full arc of their leadership impact.
